Hello, Is it normal that R* does not communicate at all during downtimes? I mean, we've been dealing with save errors for about two days, and the last day we're looking at "Limited" (read: none) server access... yet there is not a single message on any of the channels R* has at their disposal. Not even a "Yeah, we know there's an issue, but we have no clue what it is, so we're trying to figure it out"-kind of post...I mean, if I were a business, I'd make sure my customers would know I am on top of things, trying to fix things asap. As things are now, it could be they aren't even aware of any issues, because the Intern isn't forwarding tickets to the devs or something like that... please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i did a lot of research about it on internet but couldn't find the proper answer so please help me out ?
